20,000 Women to be Given Employment in 6 Months
Rajasthan Work From Home Yojana 2022: About 20000 women of Rajasthan will be given employment in 6 months. At present, through this scheme, women will be given the work of typing, data analysis, accounting related, software designing, sewing, grading, counseling, etc. So far, more than 150 women and 9 companies have registered themselves under this scheme. Under this scheme, 100 crores will be spent. Through this women will be provided jobs in both private and government sectors. Work From Home Asks Done by Women as Job Work
Works that are to be carried out immediately in the first phase
- Finance Department – Necessary guidelines will be issued in this regard so that the work related to CA audit, accounting in all government departments, autonomous bodies, government agencies, and public undertakings can be done by women in the form of work from home-job work.
- Department of Information Technology and Communication – To give priority to women in information technology-related work such as programming, software designing, data analysis, web designing, and E-Mitra allocation and encourage them by providing fee waivers.
- School and Higher and Technical Education – Online training from women subject experts to students engaged in regular studies and distance education, stitching of school dress given to students, washing of clothes used in government hostels, beds, curtains, etc.
- Personnel Department – To issue instructions by identifying the work that can be done through work from home from the level of various departments such as typing, dictation, documentation, etc.
- Women Empowerment Department – To provide counseling services under the department under work from home-job work.
After such works which will be identified, action will be taken to get them done as work from home-job work in the second phase –
- The work to be done by all government departments, autonomous bodies, government agencies, and PSUs in the form of work from home – job work will be identified and the identified works will be done by women as work from home-job work. The expenditure for this will be made by the departments from the budget allocated for the existing schemes/programs.
- Medical Health and Family Welfare Department – Online consultation service from women specialist doctors, transcription, sewing work of clothes used in hospitals.
- Department of Skill, Employment and Entrepreneurship – To ensure participation of such employers by organizing job fairs/ camps that provide employment opportunities in the form of work-from-home-job work. To provide work from home – job work to women registered under the scheme through these fairs/ camps.
- Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation (RSLDC) – Under the training being conducted by Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation through training partners, at least 10 percent of the trained women will be engaged in work-from-home-job work. Rajasthan Co-operative Dairy Federation (RCDF) – To provide work from home-job work opportunities to women in the work related to processing and marketing of milk and milk products.
